At TreadLyft, our machines are built to handle what matters most — people, equipment, and peace of mind. That’s why every product we ship is backed by a warranty that reflects our commitment to strength, safety, and long-term support.

What’s Covered

Structural Frame – Lifetime Coverage

We stand behind the structural integrity of every TreadLyft product. If the core frame or welds fail under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it — for life.

Motors & Drive Components – 1 Year

Motors, wheels, and drive systems are covered for one year from your delivery date. This ensures continued climbing performance, smooth movement, and essential function.

Mechanical Assemblies – 1 Year

Key components such as gears, brakes, and control electronics are protected under a full 12-month manufacturer warranty.

Batteries – 6 Months

If your battery fails due to a manufacturing defect within the first six months, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost. (Performance naturally diminishes over time — this is standard for lithium cells.)

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not apply to:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering
  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, dents, discoloration)
  • Improper storage, water damage, or exposure to extreme temperatures
  • Use beyond intended design (e.g., overloading or industrial misuse)
  • Normal wear from commercial or high-volume use over time

Warranty Support

No call centers. No third-party runarounds.
All claims are handled by our U.S.-based support team — the same people who build and know your machines inside and out.

Here’s how to begin a warranty request:

  1. Contact Us: Email connect@treadlyft.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Relevant photos or video
  2. Diagnosis: Our team will review your claim, confirm coverage, and guide you through next steps — whether it’s a simple fix, a replacement part, or full unit swap.
  3. Shipping: If your product needs to be returned, we’ll provide packing and return instructions. You can ship it via any trackable method, or request a prepaid return label (label cost may be deducted if the issue falls outside warranty).
  4. Resolution: Once we inspect your return, we’ll quickly ship your replacement, process your repair, or walk you through an alternate solution. You’ll be kept in the loop every step of the way.
